Working Apple genuine logic board. However the board WILL NOT recognise it's own internal 512GB SSD. Will boot from an external HDD or an external SSD. So can be run with an external USB drive. May be an easy fix for a competent technician, unsure how bad the fault is. Clean pull from fully a working MacBook Pro Retina 13" Late 2016 Space Grey (also compatible with silver model). Board part number 820-00239-A. Guaranteed tested and working, complete with heatsink. Sold as Spares/Repair with no returns. Core i5 2.9gHz Intel processor with 8GB/16GB onboard RAM memory (RAM GB not checked) with onboard 512GB SSD storage (solid state drive) included but NOT recognised".
This logic board has NO working SSD included.

These machines have an auto boot feature which must be disabled before any work is carried out on the machine. By default this feature is disabled on all logic boards before they are stripped and will need to be re-enabled once fitted to a machine.
This is a highly static-sensitive device and replacement should not be attempted without suitable experience and anti-static precautions. DO NOT remove the heat sink from the logic board, this will void any warranty given.
This motherboard is only for the Touch Bar model which is known as the 4TBT3 model, this stands for 4 Thunderbolt 3.0 ports. Where as the non-touch bar (function key) model is known as the 2 TBT3 model, which stands for 2 Thunderbolt 3.0 ports. This board will NOT fit the function key A1708 Model.
Provided with no warranty sold as spares/repair. No returns on boards sold as faulty spares/repair. this board does work but will not see it's on 512GB SSD so sold as faulty. We had this MacBook running from an external SSD drive via the USB port. Though we will not guarantee this board, hence the low price it is sold at.
**Also includes the touch I.D. power button that is married to the logic board during manufacture, your old power button the touch I.D. will not function when board is replaced so to use this function, exchange and swap out the power button for the touch I.D. supplied with this replacement logic board.

OS Monterey is pre-installed on the SSD drive (other OS can be installed on request ask seller for details).

We will NOT accept the part back in to stock. It has been used for diagnostic and testing purposes, this can cause damage to the part and even if still working can have put a strain on chips and components that may fail in near future. Please ensure parts are NOT used for testing, also make sure you have fitted by a trained technician**
