Terms & Conditions surrounding returns, delivery and payment.

 

Returns

At Techboys all our products (except for those clearly marked for spares/repair not working only!) have a 30 day RTB guarantee as standard for NEW items unless otherwise stated. As long as the item is returned unopened in its original packaging in an unused and re-sellable state these will be accepted back into stock with a valid RMA. Delivery charges to the customer or back to us will not be refunded unless agreed prior to return by senior management and all expenses for returning the item to ourselves is to be paid by the customer this will also not be refunded unless prior agreement by senior management. All products that have been opened also carry a 30 day return to base warranty. After which time the manufacturers warranty takes effect (usually 1 year from date of purchase) again unless otherwise stated a 25% restocking fee applies for new items that have been opened as long as in same condition as received, if not in the same condition Dealm4kers reserve the right to charge 25% up to and including 90% of the purchase price, a warranty is not transferable and items opened cannot be sold to the next customer as new especially if the item has been used or damaged or it's retail box and seal damaged.. This applies for all "new" items except, laptop, PC, Mac & other electronic components. If the security seal of a hard drive, logic board, motherboard, RAM memory, processor or similar item has been broken, this item cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.  Dealm4kers does not allow nor sell its refurbished or new components for customers to use for testing purposes then determine it was not the hard drive at fault for example but another component and return said part after installation. Under NO circumstances are our products to be used for testing, diagnostic or trial purposes. Any item used for this purpose will not be accepted back into stock and the returned item will be refused, DO NOT use our components for testing purposes and please check the items exact part number NOT the model of the computer or product it came out of (for example an iMac 27" A1312 can take 4-5 different logic-boards) fitting incorrect parts can cause damage or failure of the working, supplied component, if unsure please ask our technicians and staff are here to help. Once any product has been opened if it is not returned in a resell-able condition as NEW then a restocking fee will be charged usually 25% of the items cost, but management reserves the right to charge more or refuse any refund if product is not in a state to be sold again as NEW. All return costs are responsibility of the customer and postage fees  to and from the customer will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. Used/Refurbished products that are returned will have a re-stocking fee of 10% we also DO NOT refund postage costs to the customer (although listing says free shipping these items do cost us courier fees and packaging costs) these costs will NOT be refunded and also the re-stocking fee will also be charged. We also DO NOT refund buyers shipping charges to return the item under any circumstances. If an item, is deemed faulty (however we do test all items before shipping) management reserves the right to allow an appeal of re-stocking fee charges.

If in the unlikely event your not happy with your purchase or you have purchased an item in error and just want to return the product within its 30 day RTB warranty, please contact our returns department who will be happy to help and issue you with a returns code RMA. Please do not ship items back without first getting an RMA issued from our returns department. Items received WITHOUT AN RMA it may not be traced back to its original purchase or may not be logged back into stock. We will not be held responsible for items lost or missing that have been shipped back without prior authorisation and an RMA code. If accepted additional administration charges may apply.

Payment

Our eBay store takes Paypal payments by default at checkout on all purchases. We also ship to countries that are not accessible at checkout. So if you wish to pay by another method and we can take payments via credit card/debit card with our merchant portal, or maybe pay via instant bank transfer or BACS, we also allow payment on collection on some items, for any of these services please contact us directly, we will let you know how to make payment, where and when to collect (charges may apply for collection), also whether we can ship the item to your country and the additional fees involved for standard or express delivery. We offer express delivery worldwide to all destinations that we ship to. We are PCI compliant and a UK registered company please do not be offended if we cannot accept certain forms of payment on particular items, or we cannot ship some products to your country, these are industry standards and security policies put in place by our payment providers, our bank and also our shipping companies.. We also only ship items to registered Paypal addresses do not ask us to ship an item to an address other than the registered payment address as again this is against security policies for both Paypal and card payments from Stripe
