Returns spares repair

Spares or repairs Boards and other Components. We do not allow returns on such items (see description). We always try to describe the fault the best we can however full diagnostics have not always been done an honest description is always offered. Do not purchase these items to repair and then when you cannot succeed in repairing the item(s) return expecting a refund. No refund or return will be accepted. This item(s) are for Spares (used to take components for other repairs, or may be able to be repaired by a skilled technician, however we do not guarantee the component on said item that you need will be working or that you will be able to repair the whole item. They are best used by a technician who can make use of electronic components or tracing of whole circuits to repair an identical item with a different fault

 

Refurbished 14 days

Refurbished Items Must be returned in same condition as received. Items must be in a re-sellable condition and unused. Postage cost for delivery of the item will not be refunded (even if postage is set to free this does have a cost to the company and will be deducted). Refurbished items are NOT to be used for testing or diagnostic purposes. Too many customers watch Youtube videos and try to repair item(s) themselves, they are also given bad diagnostics by inexperienced repair shops and always try to buy what they THINK is the replacement for the faulty part or the cheapest option of suspected faulty parts. Mis-diagnosis is very common if unsure what your fault is or the repair centre you have taken it to only took a quick look and gave their best guess, please ask our technicians they have over 20 years experience and can supply you with invaluable technical support and help. If a part is purchased in error or used to test to see if it fixes the fault but does NOT. We will charge a 25% restocking fee and will only accept returns if management offers a valid RMA, if used for diagnosing faults RMA will not be granted as this often damages components once fitted in to a faulty system, even if not damaged our technicians have to spend hours re-testing and stress testing components already tested prior to shipping, this costs many hours and valuable resources and technicians time, for this reason we will not accept returns on parts used for diagnostic purposes unless a senior manager gives a valid RMA. All purchases receive an order form with a barcode without this barcode and a valid RMA associated to this barcode return(s) will not be accepted. eBay returns section is not used by our company eBay returns will NOT be able to scan and book in the barcoded item. A valid RMA will be associated to the barcode on your order. Even if lost the RMA will still associate to barcode i n our order management system. please DO NOT use eBay returns we use a very modern stock management system totally apart from eBay. All postage fees are to be paid for (whether item was free shipping or not) costs to and from the customer are the sole responsibility of the customer.

New 30 days

New Items Must be returned in same condition as received. Items must be in a re-sellable condition and unused. Postage cost for delivery of the item will not be refunded (even if postage is set to free this does have a cost to the company and will be deducted). All new items have a warranty, if any internal component i.e. RAM Memory, Hard Drives, Solid State Drives, Games and additional electronic or PC components like CPU processors have their security seal broken then these can only be returned under their manufacturers warranty in first 30 days as faulty after 30 days the manufacturers needs to be contacted direct. For example if you purchase a Microsoft Xbox One and it goes faulty after the initial 30 days but before its 1 year warranty has expired, then Microsoft has to be contacted direct and the warranty card will be in the box or details on their website. Proof of purchase is required and we can supply copies of these for a limited time only. 30 days returns starts from date of purchase NOT date of receipt. New items that are returned opened and seal has been broken, we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee from 25% up to and including 90% of the original purchase price, depending on the state of the packaging, condition of the item and if it now can only be sold as a used product, original postage costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstance this is charged and an expense we have to pay to arrange delivery of the item with 3rd party couriers. Even if your postage was FREE shipping we will not refund the actual cost. of the item postage and packaging. Warrantees are not transferable and once registered another customer cannot then also have the same warranty on the product. Do not register the product if you do not intend to keep it as the warranty will only be for you as the original product owner and we cannot then sell to an additional customer(s). Dealm4kers Limited reserve the right to refuse return of any product and DO NOT return any product without a valid RMA (return authorisation code). Without an RMA a return has  not been created in our systems and receiving a package without this will not have (a) a reason why it was returned (b) a valid authorisation from management (c) a barcode allocated to RMA for ease of booking in to our warehouse or technical department (d) a trace of who authorised it's return and for what reason. Please contact us by email at help@dealm4kers.com requesting an RMA code. Any item received without a valid RMA will be refused, cannot be booked in to our systems and may get lost in a very busy warehouse and repair centre. 

Refunds

Paying by Paypal at checkout gives a buyer better protection against loss, damage and product quality. We also accept Shopify debit/credit card payments, Amazon payments and cash on collection from our retail store plus Square card payments and American Express. Refunds can take a number of working days to process back to your original card or if paying by Bank transfer many banks this is done immediately today but can take a few days to process through our systems.
