Refurbished fully tested Genuine replacement Apple MacBook Pro 15" A1990 2018/2019 in space grey. A 15" Aluminium Palmrest including trackpad & cable, Touch-Bar, fans and both USB-C ports, battery IS included (power button with Touch ID is also included (normally sold with the logic board it is originally paired with, use your own power button, as it is paired with its logic board, you can use this power button but the Touch-ID fingerprint reader will not work, your own Touch-ID should be fitted to ensure the fingerprint reader continues to work with your logic board).
If using this button the power switch will work, but Touch-ID fingerprint will NOT.

Grade 'B' which means it is in overall good cosmetic condition with some signs of previous use (i.e. might have some signs of previous use on aluminium but looks in decent working condition) all parts come with with 3 months warranty. This Palmrest has a small dent in left rear corner underneath and has a couple of minor dinks in the Aluminium on a couple of the edges only (see images attached).

This Palmrest comes with a FREE base aluminium cover. This is NOT included in the grading and we have NOT charged for this part. We are giving it away FREE to keep the Palmrest and enclosed parts in good condition while in transit. The Base cover has all 4 rubber feet and is in decent condition.

Battery IS included. Status is normal (see battery additional description below)

Included are the fans, the Trackpad and cable, speakers both USB-C ports (not the port screws) and the Touch Bar and ribbon cable. Almost a complete MacBook Palmrest with Trackpad, Trackpad cable and Base cover, WIFI antenna not included (sold separate, ask seller for details if required).

Item is in *Grade B* condition, will has some minor marks from previous use but is fully functional and fit for purpose. Most apparent blemish is the small dent to the rear left corner underneath (as shown in images). 

Gradings:
*Grade A would be "as new" condition, anything Grade B would have some small marks from previous use and Grade C would have larger visible scratches, dents or other faults as described. This Palmrest is graded B.

*Battery: When tested status was 'normal', however after being unplugged for a while, waiting to be shipped, the Palmrest can be fitted by the new owner and initially may say that status is: 'service recommended'. DO NOT confuse this with the other status 'replace soon'. The battery status 'service recommended', means just that, this just means the battery has sat uncharged for a while and  it needs a good charge for a few days and then the cells will regenerate back to status 'normal'. Apple has battery regeneration built-in, that is what this message is recommending, to do this the battery needs to be left on charge for a few days, constantly plugged in and MacBook used for a couple of weeks even. We have sold refurbished Macbook complete systems, that have taken 4,5 and over 10 days to go back to status 'normal'. Depending on wattage of the charger being used and how depreciated the battery charge has become. OR the battery will not regenerate and in a few months will change to status: 'replace soon'. The battery does hold a charge and works perfectly fine at the moment, showing status 'NORMAL' so is definitely okay for the foreseeable future. However we do not warranty batteries as they are classed as a consumable much like an ink cartridge in a printer, that only prints so many pages, batteries only have so many cycles. Keyboard, Trackpad and other components all have a 3 month warranty against failure. UK English Layout. This paragraph was added, as some customers mistakenly think that 'service recommended' means the battery needs replacing. That message shows up as 'replace soon' and even that message, we have seen batteries still run for another year. To just clarify: when tested and stripped battery had a status as 'normal', holding a charge for hours*
