Refurbished fully tested Genuine replacement Display Assembly. System pulled from A1286 Mid 2012 never repaired guaranteed with 3 months warranty. Grade 'B' In very good condition. The screen is bright and HD glossy. The aluminium Lid has a few small marks from previous use. In overall good cosmetic condition for the age, the glass and screen are immaculate. This is grade as 'B' and for a decade old MacBook Unibody Assembly this is in overall quite good condition as shown in the photos, and the screen and glass are also very good. All the cables* are intact and in excellent condition. Aluminium may have a handful of cosmetic marks, like faint light scratches or minor scuffs as expected from a 2012 MacBook Pro overall is in great condition for its age, no major dents or deep scratches, no cracks on glass.
See images, if the Assembly had any noticeable damage we would take close-up photos of that damage, so overall pretty good, not a grade 'A' as new condition screen but also not a grade 'C' scratched and dented screen either. An ideal replacement for any MacBook Pro 15" Unibody mid-2012

*Mid 2012 MacBook Pro Unibody only, the screen connector for the cable is silver on the front side (gold on the rear), the connector on the logic board is also silver. Whereas the Late 2011 has a gold screen connector on the screen cable (both sides) and gold on the logic board, for that reason this screen does NOT work on earlier MacBook Pro 15" systems.*

The Unibody MacBook has a DVD writer slot on the right handside of the MacBook the 2012 Retina A1398 does not. this is for the model with the optical DVD drive.
