Grade 'C' because it has some minor cosmetic marks on lid aluminium surface, the screen itself, the picture is very good, however the screen glossy coating has what is known as Staingate, where the gloss coating gets rubbed away (usually by the keyboard, keys), Apple call this Staingate. Previous owner has tried to remove most of this and has done a fairly good job of it. However the very edges of the screen you can still see the remnants of the gloss coating, but only when the screen is powered off. When the screen is on and working it has a greta image and works almost perfectly. There are also some small marks around the edges of the aluminium chassis and corners. There is also a crack in the plastic bezel that is just underneath the screen itself. We have repaired this by covering with an additional piece of bezel, glued it over the crack, it looks much better with the extra bezel plastic piece we have used from another MacBook Pro. All our screens are fully tested and fully working, taken from working MacBook systems. All come with a 3 month warranty against failure. Most new screens do not have a warranty that long on eBay.

It does work and is only compatible with the Touch-Bar and Function Key MacBook Pro 13" from both 2016 and 2017**
