Camera Unit ONLY, no accessories supplied, all accessories are sold separate, uses mini-USB connection as its power source (Mains cable can be supplied, ask seller for details). The Duo HD uses the same mount as the 312GW, 212 LTE, 212G and 412GW cameras (also NOT supplied).
Backup battery needs replacing and is holding little or no charge (when brand new backup battery lasts around 20 mins, battery is only to continue recording if ignition fails during an incident/accident). Camera fully works when ignition is powered on and turns off when ignition is off. To use the camera on mains only you do not need the backup battery. The camera can run on 12V/5V cigarette lighter charger adapter, or the fuse box hardwire kit. (sold separate, ask seller for details).

Dash Cam is used in Grade 'C' condition**. Tested working with a 3 month guarantee. Guarantee ensures any issues we will replace for another unit, similar or better specification, without hesitation. Warranty does not cover batteries, a battery is a consumable much like an ink cartridge and will only take so many charges. Dash Cam batteries are emergency backup batteries only and last 15-20 minutes, when brand new, in case of ignition cut during an accident. Battery is for emergency backup use only. Some of our cameras have had new batteries fitted some have been tested ok already (see our other listings of Grade 'A' or 'B' dash cameras. All cameras are cleaned tested and fit for purpose.
**Grade 'C' means the cameras whas some cosmetic blemishes on casing, this camera has a large crack on the plastic screen protective cover, the screen works perfectly as shown in images, the crack DOES NOT affect the LCD image or prevent the screen working, the screen is separate to the clear perspex cover and the clear plastic chassis cover has quite a large crack, that forks out (shown in images). This is quite a common occurrence in some of the series '1' cameras like Duo HD and 312GW, this has happened from previous use.
The left side camera lens is dead, the left lens is used as a rear camera (rearview mirror type image). So this Dash Cam only has the right lens camera working, the front view 140 degree wide angle lens. So the camera can only be used as a single front facing Dash Cam, hence the price is reduced for that reason and returns will NOT be accepted due to a cracked screen cover or a left lens not functioning.
However the camera is fully tested and working with 3 months guarantee against failure. Returns will not be accepted on cosmetic grounds, unless the item is faulty, then we will exchange for another under the guarantee. Brand new batteries only last 20-30 mins when ignition cut (see NextBase website for details). Camera ONLY cable/mount NOT supplied
**Backup Battery needs replacing camera works on mains only, however when tested this camera's battery was holding a small amount of charge, so with a lengthy charge and some extended use, the battery may start to function, but sold as battery needs replacing and non-functioning, camera is powered using 12v/5v cigarette lighter mini-USB cable adapter or a hard wire kit direct to fuse box. Backup battery is only used if ignition fails during an accident and even a new battery will only run for approx. 15-20 minutes. Battery needs replacing so camera is sold as working on mains only. Hard wire kit (that connects directly to fuse box, sold separate) or 12v cigarette lighter power cable included. Camera still has 3 months guarantee battery not included in that guarantee.**
