Comes complete with Processor and CPU Heatsink plus audio board and GPU Heatsink frame (Video card not included) as seen in picture. The 2009 version of the 24" iMac has the DDR3 SoDimm RAM memory unlike the earlier 2007 and 2008 that used DDR2 memory. (Memory NOT included)
